  When I received my dish today, it was broken beyond repair. I messaged the seller to see what could be done. They were very apologetic & issued a full refund immediately. I offered to split it with them, & just take a partial refund, but they sent a full refund anyway. I know the shipping company is most likely the reason that the dish was destroyed & not the seller’s fault. But they issued the refund anyway. Kudos! I will definitely buy from them again!
