    Moto Edge phone Is OK. Seller is rude and flippant when messaged about status. Pkg took 19 days to arrive. Description stated USPS ground advantage as shipper. However, it arrived in 22 days from FedEx economy service. Also, oem phone box was placed in USPS priority box without cushioning material. Lucky that the phone was not damaged.

    I’m not sure why buyers believe I have control over the shipping speed once an item has been dropped off. The item was dropped off the day after it was purchased and through tracking said it was experiencing delays. As this buyer asked me to call I did and was given the same answer that was already stated in tracking. Packaged delayed, arriving late. No matter how much I would like control any postage courier I simply cannot.

    The seller did not communicate well with me at all regarding delays in shipping. Only after I reached out to them did they communicate it would be shipped the next day, which it was not and then a health issue was advised. I finally received my order yesterday after it being ordered on July 25th. It was as described.
