I bought this part on a Sunday and received it 2 days later via UPS. The item came clean and void of any scent. Packaged in a box that fit the part perfectly. ( axle shaft took out from a m3, perfect condition as described) The shipping good. The packaging fabulous. I haven’t received any auto part so well packaged, not even the new ones coming directly from the warehouse. And the condition, top notch. The seller even took the extra step of cleaning it and wiping the dust off the part. Immaculate service. Awesome buy. Thanks for making me cry (happy tears)

When it was marked shipped I realized my mistake. Purchased the correct mirror and notified seller. They were very responsive. Intercepted the package and replaced mirror with correct one and refunded for my mistake. I have retailers tell me it’s too late once marked shipped and I would have to receive and then return for a refund (at my expense). Just amazing. Highly recommend this seller!
