Seller ignored responsibility, blamed Royal Mail with vague excuses, despite me receiving other orders by Royal Mail during same time period. When challenged, he was rude and aggressive instead of apologetic. Buyers deserve honesty and respect, not excuses and hostility. Extremely disappointing transaction — avoid this seller if you want reliability and courtesy.
