    I was told this was reconditioned…. It arrived in a disgusting state, after opening the box the smell was disgusting, I lifted the Hoover up slightly to see there was loads of hair wrapped around the roller, I messaged the seller for a full refund and he offered me a £10 discount to which i opened a eBay case and got my money back…I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER TO ANYONE……
