  Bad packing. Product was broken when arrived. Item cost over 200gbp and seller want to discount 12gbp due to the damage. I wont accept putting a broken part on a expensive car... So seller told us we can ship it back. No problem but why should i pay the shipping cost for a broken product caused by poor packing from the seller.. Makes no sense. Seller will not communicate to help us find a solution more than 12gbp discount or let me ship it back. Unacceptable.
