    Overall great experience. The product was delivered quickly and the condition was just as described, brand new, in plastic and original packaging. The Iron did not work, however it is believed that this is a fault of ebay shipping. On contacting Woodbeat, they responded quickly, within a day and all the options and possibilities were offered, despite being outside the time window.     Absolutely as described and working perfectly. Devices were so effective that I didn’t need the 3 I ordered so sent one back after having broken the seal and repackaging wrong device for the box. Despite this, I received a partial refund which is appreciated. Great seller, quick delivery, everything was spot on.
