    Ebay. Please do your job. I already replied with photos and explanations. I refuse to settle this claim as seller suggested. (1) The items sold to me were falsely advertised. They are NOT carpet balls by any description. Carpet balls are heavy and do not break on impact. (2) The 5 spheres sent to me have weak hard boiled egg-like shells. They were NOT properly packed with bubble wrap. I want a full refund from seller and cost free return to sellers. I already sent photos.
