  I understand that "the item listed is not the actual item, but the item sent would have similar characteristic. " Obviously the seller doesn't understand what "similar characteristic," means. Seller shows a piece of "featured crotch wood," and the item that was received was nowhere close. It took the item over a week to ship, and twenty days to arrive. Attempted to contact through Ebay with no reply! This will be the last time I order any thing that is not the actual product.
