I have one gate that’s to narrow & high, and another that’s to wide after waiting a month when said was going to be a week (why ordered as have puppies). I attached photos of the measurements against the gaps gates for! Currently booked carpenter to try right, cost was £220 Wasn’t refunded was re invoiced privately off eBay. So refunded on eBay and re invoices with £30 off. Seller agreed to fix but collected gates a week apart. Still no gates as of Apr 13. Promised shipment of 1 by end of last week, but no delivery or reply when chased. We are still holding on to hope the gates will be properly repaired and returned, but we’re extremely dissatisfied with how this has been handled. Would not recommend.
