Did not realise it would cost £30 delivery, then I was told it would cost an extra £20 to place in room of choice. On getting in touch with seller ( I wasn't happy) they explained the delivery charge being outside of the 40 mile delivery area. I was told they would waiver the room position charge. They then got back to me to say they would waiver the delivery charge as well. I told them I would quite happily pay that but they said no. I received item today. Lovely, very helpful delivery man.

We were kept well informed as to what was happening while our furniture was being made and with regards to delivery. It arrived exactly to the specs we'd ordered. The guys that delivered it were in touch beforehand and were really helpful , unpacking and assembling the furniture right where we wanted it. We needed to keep the room well ventilated for a while until the smell of new paint dispersed but it wasn't a real problem. Thank you to everyone involved

Excellent service. Kept me informed every step of the way. From checking that the order was the correct colour right down to checking that I was going to be in to let the delivery guys in. And then on the day, as expected, 30minutes before delivery they rang to check I was in. Excellent, especially as id taken a day off work. The gents that brought the wardrobe in wiped there feet and made put it together. With no fuss. Perfect..Actual wardrobe is ok good value for money..
