  The CD was dispatched quickly and arrived before the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, the CD wasn't compatible with my reader which I messaged Richard about and that same night he arranged an alternative way I could access the product which rectified it immediately. My overall service and communication with Richard has been very positive and I would recommend. Product itself (eLearn manuals) is exactly as expected.

  Great seller, manual was lost in post so a download link was quickly set up so i could access the manual, the communication was very quick and the seller went out his way to help. Its a good detailed manual but does lack some engine types. good value for everything else has around 3000 pdf pages of info so well worth the low cost. will use this seller again when i need a manual.
