Quality of the worktops was unreal. It was EXACTLY what we were after & as the pictures described. Delivery was easy & done by 2 guys who were helpful & kept in contact on the day as well as SMS notifications. Unfortunately we had to put the project on hold but the seller promptly refunded our money & arranged collection for a small fee. Seller was prompt to reply to messages & helpful to aid in the refund, we will definitely be using these guys again. 10/10

the wood was warped. who ever packed it could clearly see the wood was warped and bent, yet they still sent it, The dilivery comany who they use is a joke. They were told via email ,text and phone not to diliver on a tuesday , yet they dumped it out side on a tuesday. I wa sment to be told in advance what day they would be collecting the bent wood for a refund. A dilivery driver turnes up unanounced . This seller is a joke.

First of all I was told the item had been damaged by the courier. They offered to ship another. Then when I said I would be happy to wait, they said they couldn’t deliver to my address. If you can’t offer it DONT OFFER FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY! I’m sure they are great if you live in London. But avoid if you live further afield. TBF they did refund straight away but were curiously unrepentant about total failure to provide what they advertised
