    Thank you for the UNFAIR neutral feedback that you refused to revise - it was despatched ON TIME by me, the delivery company caused the delay. You haven't mentoned, contacted me or returned the product you bought so i guess you are happy with the service/product I provided but just chose to mark me down for something out of my control - Is that fair? I don't think so. Perhaps have more empathy for other sellers you buy from in the future?
