    To the seller's credit they handled things well. What happened was that the console seemed to have become damaged in transit and this greatly affected the operation of the console's laser component in particular. We were both very surprised at this, but the seller was extremely helpful throughout the refund process. Despite the setback I would still do business with this seller in future. They always responded promptly to comms so they get a thumbs up from me.
