Item arrived today and was very well packaged. I ordered the large 4 tier one. However I got a message to inform me it was broken and they were not prepared to send it me. They offered me a alternative option of a 3 tier . I accepted this offer and the seller refunded me the difference. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER. I ordered 3 fire boards, which arrived damaged. I sent photos of damaged and asked for them to be collected+ replacements sent. Seller disputed that 2 could still be used. Thereafter multiple offers for partial refunds. I refused and eventually 3 replacements arrived, all arrived damaged again. I sent further photos +again partial refunds. Ultimately these fragile boards are not adequately packed or marked as fragile. This is sellers responsibility not the courier.
