The item I ordered came around a week after I ordered it, which is fine, no problems there. It was well-packaged and exactly as described and works a treat. It was replacing an old one that had gone bang! Also, the most notable thing was the reasonable price. It was more expensive on Amazon by a good £3 - £4 so I would definitely check this seller out again if I needed other computer accessories. I've not starred the 'seller communication' as I never needed to contact them.
