  They sold me a pair of reading glasses that they did not have in stock, confirmed my order had been processed and would arrive by the 18th of August. They included a tracking #. None of this was true . I recieved a note from them a few days after I’d placed my order admitting they had screwed up ,blaming the warehouse for the error , and offering a refund or was I prepared to wait for the new stock to arrive on the 24 th of August. I asked for a refund . Nothing so far neither refund or readers.

  I bought glasses from here and I ordered 3 magnification but they sent me a 1 instead. When I told them the issue, they responded "well you did order the 3". They didn't even read what I told them. I said "yes, and that is the problem, you sent the wrong ones" they said " i can see you are very unhappy with this." This is the kind of thing that makes me not want to shop on ebay. You get a lot of very blah customer service. Not even a sorry.
