  Despite several attempts to communicate with the vendor when the item didn’t arrive, they didn’t reply. Only eBay’s intervention generated a response & the item was sent even though I’d cancelled it & bought from another supplier. EBay refunded. A shame as I’d bought from them before & all was great, which was why I used them again. Ignoring customers comes at a price so if the idea of feedback is learning from the process then lessons need to be learnt.

  Had an estimated delivery date, two days after it was supposed to be delivered i unexpectedly get a refund. So whilst I was waiting at home for my item to be delivered, it was never actually sent. Zero communication and zero excuses. Extremely dissatisfied.
