    I ordered a small toy from this seller and it somehow got damaged in transit. As soon as I let the seller know, they supported me to send it back, where I got a refund. I was then able to order the same item from them which I received quickly and was in perfect condition. My son will be so pleased when he gets this toy for his birthday.     I tried contacting seller heard nothing i bought the red carousel with horses on at 11.95 for my autistic grandson as its the one he chose. That is not what was sent they sent smaller top nothing like what i orderdered while was in stock and was only 8.99. They didnt message or refund me they sent they just sent one of the ones no one is buying. I contacted seller and he does not get in touch back. Surely what he has done is illegal how many more peole has this happend to

    Despite the abuse you have sent me, I sent a polite message explaining the item you chose, it what you chose at checkout, i sent you proof off this. The Colour you wanted wasn't even available as an option. Threatening messages and harassment is not tolerated, you have been reported.
