    Seller send a damage head light. I immediately raise a return item. on the Ebay.Buyer offered £25 for a purchase of over £100 wait till the customer send the postage label. Ebay set a dead line to post as well, the postage label never came. Due a dead line I went to the purchase link and there was address of the buyer. Which I paid for postage with recorded delivery. No refund offered to date.I raise with ebay waiting for a resolution as buyer did not arrange full refund EBAY SERVICE IS poor

    how can we refund an item which has not been returned? check your tracking information its not been delivered... also in the pictures there is no lugs and a crack, next time you purchase something see all the photos, feedback is not appropriate
