    The trousers were sent the wrong size. The trousers inside the packet could clearly be seen as 34 x 33 the package said they were 34 x 29. I was sent a label electronically to post them back. I parcelled them up drove 6 miles to the post office and left them at the parcel office. I requested the correct size trousers. When they arrived back again I was asked if I wanted the trousers or a refund ! I explained I had already asked for the trousers only to be told that the order was refunded!!!

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This was an isolated technical issue, and not our usual standard. The customer requested a replacement, but a refund was mistakenly issued. We've resolved the problem to avoid future errors and always aim to provide a smooth, reliable service.
