The bag was posted very quickly and was well packaged. Communication from the seller was great. He sent a message to tell me when he was posting the parcel and enclosed a handwritten note which was a nice touch. I found a couple of little marks on the front of the bag, but in fairness they were not very easy to see and I managed to remove one of them with some leather cleaner.
