  The item arrived chipped and with no batteries (as described). I sent a message asking what batteries were needed and was told the wrong ones. The battery holder then snapped off while fitting them. I asked for a refund and was asked to leave 5 star feedback for customer service after which they would refund me - I refused. I have now been refunded after returning the broken item but wouldn't buy a replacement from them.

  Good quality plug dispatched in a few days (free p&p). Sadly the description is inaccurate (see photo) and the L7T is not a suitable replacement for the J8C as stated in the eBay advert. However, the customer service to obtain a refund was excellent. Had the supplied item been compatible with J8C I would have given 5 stars.
