    There was a problem initially with what would have been a high quality, excellent value product damaged in its manufacturer packaging during a very delayed transit. The seller sorted it out rapidly with a refund and the reordered replacement arrived soon after in perfect condition this time. My request for more robust packaging had been listened to and acted upon with a very effective Toblerone style tube. What a great company to deal with, I wish they were all like that! 5 stars all round.
