The item was exactly as described. The delivery was fantastic! However, it arrived damaged, courtesy of the delivery company, the delivery driver apologised and took a photo. I contacted the seller who was marvellous. He said he would send a replacement, 2 days later, not counting the weekend, we received the replacement in perfect condition. Item is not as described it does not fit Crossland. Contacted seller upon receipt who sent back garbled message asking for pictures of car, which I sent. Since then silence. Now stuck with the things, very frustrating as clearly stated they would fit and now still in box gathering dust. Clearly not impressed!
