Item arrived quite damaged, company offered £3 pounds refund, I said no, they then offered £5 refund, which i accepted as I was due to get signed next week and a replacement would not arrive in time. A helpful company, the damage wasn’t their fault but a cardboard figure was wrapped in just a plastic bag, so the box was bashed to hell. I advise packaging neca figures in a more sturdy box or something, so this doesn’t happen again.
