  Purchased a pack of 5w bulbs - received them but nowhere on the package did it say what size wattage they were - on measuring them they were bigger than advertised - contacted seller who obviously didn’t understand that they were to big and wouldn’t fit into the lamp holder - they were clearly not acceptable - offered me a refund of £1.5 then £5. - had to resort to eBay to resolve - wouldn’t buy off this seller again

  The seller has now changed the advert to reflect the price for 10 items correctly and has refunded the cost complete to show good will. I therefore review my original feed back on the description to 4 stars. The seller has gone to a lot of trouble to correct the issues that I have highlighted and therefore I would not hesitate to use them again. Well done and thankyou.
