It appears to of got stuck in a machine and the heat fused few photos to lift, stick together. Nothing to do with sender, or e bay. This was a case of as I was tracking this package, it was on time but then showed a delay status. Guess they needed time to get this out of the sorter machine, or something. This is where we kind of got no control over this.

A stamp is obviously very easy to become damaged/bent/wrinkled in shipping. Despite that being the case, it showed up in mint condition, because it was well packaged with that in mind. I will for sure be saving this seller and buying from them again.
