Reach out because the sensor was faulty (the description had said untested) seller helped resolve the issue and was completely fair about considering refund and returns. The item is a more specialist one so understandable it might not be tested. In the end the sensor replacement resolved the issue and the seller was gracious enough to share in the cost through a partial refund. Would be happy to buy from this seller again in future.

The stereo was reasonably priced, well packaged and delivered quickly, all in good working condition as described.
