    The seller claims he sent the parcel using an external delivery company without a tracking number. He later said it was returned to him and canceled my order with a refund. I asked for proof—either a receipt or transaction number—but he ignored me. This is not an honest seller. Based on previous reviews, it seems he’s done this multiple times. Avoid this seller and buy from someone more reliable.

    Buyer kept on requesting numbers we did not have as item was posted untracked when told this they continued requesting for these numbers hence messages was ignored as we could provide no further help and transaction had already been refunded.

    Not received. Supposedly sent via 48hr courier "UNTRACKED". 5 days later, still no sign of it, no response from seller despite my messages, makes zero sense. Nobody sends a £50 item without tracking, even small few pound items are tracked. Now having to report to eBay to get my money back. I would avoid this company like the plague.

    Information in this review is false we have replied to the buyer and explained we will investigate and once confirmed missing a replacement will be dispatched on 24hr - if we have dispatched on time and courier loses parcel or is delayed this is out of our control.
