  Still waiting for a refund on defective item. Seller claims to be in Basildon, Essex. The item came from Iver in Buckinghamshire. Said they would refund and arrange return of item to an address in Sydney, Australia. Claimed item was new. It wasn't, it was a cleaned up second hand item, which arrived nearly three weeks after placing to order. Just in a plastic bag, no proper Canon packaging either. Now not responding to messages. Avoid, absolute shower of poo. Really peed off. Reported.
