    Package Appearance came without any outside covers which may had left original condition contents to be kept open on delivery, whilst being sellotaped. Great quality from Bosch , i count see any faults- just a polite message to this seller, ensure you send out with a cover to prevent damages to customers accepting them.     Once again brilliant communication very fast response to questions. Ordered Monday delivered Wednesday in great condition and brilliant wiper blades. I ordered a set about a year ago and drivers side started showing signs of wear so ordered a hole set as probably won't be much longer before the others start to go. Brilliant ebayer very fast good prices ebay needs to introduce more than 5☆ ratings as these deserve a 10☆

    They sent me the wrong item, I simply put it back in the box and used the eBay returns system to print a post paid label, I was already planning a trip to the post office so it was back on its way about 3 hours after it arrived. I only received courteous messages and received my refund promptly. Not exactly what I wanted to happen but under the circumstances it couldn't have been handled better
