    The item is as described. The wig is quite good quality and they included a hair net. The delivery people failed to send one of the items so we got it very late but the communication with the seller was helpful and prompt and they fixed the issue for us as quickly as possible. Best way to judge a seller is how they respond/act when things go wrong. These guys perform very well. Thank you.

    Avoid! Wrong colour item delivered, the seller basically refused to refund or exchange, either offering a very small % refund, or suggesting I give it to someone else if I didn't want it, or smash it up and send them a picture! Ridiculous. I ended up having to submit a case directly to eBay, who organised for me to send the product back at no cost & issued a full refund. I definitely would NOT recommend this seller.
