  The product I received was not as described and completely unusable. I contacted the seller and was given the runaround for weeks. Eventually, I was told a replacement would be shipped — but it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received anything or even an update. Poor communication and zero follow-through. Very frustrating experience.
