  What a beautiful and FUN floral background stamp! I love it. This seller gave me great shipping (even as much as double wrapping my stamp sets with bubble wrap) and awesome service.   I purchased this skirt. It arrived with an issue that was not in the description. The seller contacted me very quickly and offered a few solutions and one should work perfectly.
