Wrong item sent Just blamed Christmas post when I queried non-arrival after 2 weeks. Wrong postage - had to pay excess to have it delivered. Had the inconvenience of packing and and then making my way to post office to return the item wrongly sent - nothing offered for this. Refund for ordered item was prompt but refund for other expenses was a bit tardy.
