    Wrong items sent even thou gave Vin number to confirm Car stuck on the ramp for 2 days while correct parts were ordered from ford Partial refund offered, barely covered the cost of postage. Be careful when dealing with this company, should have just gone to ford to avoid the headache and further costs

Had we been contacted before use, we would have arranged a free exchange or full refund, but instead the buyer demanded a refund amount after the items had been fitted/used. In most cases, a mechanic would usually identify if parts are not correct before fitting.
