Item was listed as brand new, unused,undamaged. Espresso machine arrived smashed to pieces covered in coffee grounds, no protective packaging inside box and an Amazon returns slip from January inside the box. I Returned the item and received refund but seller is clearly selling previously returned goods from Amazon and obviously doesn’t check the items. I would not trust anything again from this seller based on that alone. I would recommend reading the feedback history before buying.
