    Very strange company to deal with. Ordered glasses they came and after a few weeks they got scratched unfortunately. I asked the seller if I could get new lenses or if I had to order a new pair to which they replied I could get new lenses. I then checked the website and pointed out to them that actually I couldn’t get new lenses for the glasses that I had purchased and was completely ignored then even though I sent several messages. Very disappointing

    Sent the wrong kit! Not too helpfully with the return. Cost me £10 and they refunded £3. Go direct to X Sight.

    We’re disappointed to see this review, especially given that we resolved the issue quickly and you confirmed you were happy with the outcome. Yes, the wrong kit was sent in error — and we immediately dispatched the correct one without waiting for the return, which is not our usual policy. We also refunded part of your website order to cover your return postage, which you agreed to. At no point did you raise any further concerns. Had you done so, we would have gladly addressed them.
