    Impressed by the bike. Arrived well packaged. Fairly easy to put together. Sadly the mechanism developed a fault within 10 days. The seller responded quickly and a replacement was sent out. The delivery company was an issue. And no-one contacted me. I followed it up with the seller who were away from the office. On their return they followed it up promptly and the replacement arrived . I am now using the bike. It is smooth and easy to use and soundless! So eventually a great product.

    I have been using XS-Sports for 8 years and have always had very positive experiences. On my last purchase - a CT310 x trainer i had an issue and contacted their customer services dept and was in touch with JJ, with whom i have dealt with previously, as usual JJ reacted speedily and the required item was with me 2 days later and the issue resolved. If all traders had a customer services dept and staff like JJ, then there would be no need for programmes like Rip Off Britain. Well done XS and JJ
