They put my previous address as the shipping address and it wasn't noticed. It was around Christmas and it wasn't until it was too late intercept at the PO. I contacted the seller originally they were going to forward on to me after they got the phone back from the PO. But for some reason they elected to issue a refund. All of this worked out. I found the same phone cheaper. Honest seller! Highly recommded!
