Flowers arrived tightly wrapped in plastic with very little protection and were badly damaged on arrival. They looked nothing like the photo and are not attractive enough to put on display. I had several communications with the sellers who were polite and quick to respond and who eventually offered a partial refund which I accepted. I advised them in future to post delicate dried flowers in a box not in a plastic bag otherwise they will inevitably continue to get damaged in transit.
