  I purchased a toy car from the seller. The seller informed me that they didn’t have the red color I initially wanted in stock so I decided to go for black instead. The item didn’t ship after about a week so I asked if they had shipped yet and they said they would ship the next day, but it took another 5-6 days to finally ship. Everything went smooth once it did ship, so everything was fine except the communication; the item was well packaged and the item arrived in new condition as described.

  Seller listed 3 were available. Once purchased, seller said this item was out of stock. Money refunded. About a day after, seller re-listed the same item. Buyer purchased again but was later told this item was out of stock again. Money refunded. It looks like there are a few sellers all located in China selling the same models. This is evidenced that their listing pictures all had similar backdrop. They do not communicate to each other when a certain model was sold out by other sellers.

  Why would you relist the same item if it was out of stock? It is your fault. So irresponsible and does not have the guts to admit own error.
