I reported this to the seller, who was understanding. The item as a whole looked okay, there was just minor damage to one or two of the location lugs, which would be hidden once unit was made, anyway, and overall I was confident it would be easily assembled, which it was. It looks good, and is stronger than it appears. Communication with the seller was good and I’m totally satisfied.

Delivery was quick and item was delivered in good, strong packaging. Sorry that it took me so long to leave this feedback, I am not a practical person and waited for a friend to help me to construct it: assembly was very easy, with excellent, clear instructions. All was good on this occasion. Mats were as described, safely wrapped and delivered undamaged. Great service from this seller.

I put the cooker on the box for the photo to show the actual size compared to the box it arrived in. It is quite a large unit and will accomodate larger pans. It feels quite sturdy and has a good amount of weight to it. Highly recommended 5 🌟 eybayer. Thank you seller.
