BUYERS BEWARE! I made the same mistake that others had in ordering from this seller. Ordered a backdrop that arrived damaged beyond use as shipped in a plastic envelope rather than a tube. Requested a return and offered 15% refund instead. Asked for return. Offered 30% refund. Opened eBay case. Offered 30% refund. Eventually gave me a full refund on the basis of me leaving a positive review. Needless to say I am not and hope to warn others off this disgraceful seller & reported to eBay.
