    Unhelpful obnoxious. asked for help dealing with Royal Mail to be told not my problem even tho I hadn’t received the item from him. First time leaving - feed back good work

    Item showed as delivered on tracking, tried to say it wasn't. Sent me a picture of a completely different parcel to what was sent. He was advised to speak to RM as this is clearly their mistake, not mine. He wanted me to contact them to which I refused, this is not my issue to sort out. Very lazy attitude and a few cards short of a full deck.
