The seller deserves huge praise for their incredible support. They provided extra brushes and a 1-year warranty, which really exceeded my expectations. They were also quick to respond to my questions and incredibly helpful, (should be aware of time difference and holidays in China). A small tip: I've found that gradually pressing the portafilter down works best instead of pushing hard due to DC power.

Everything worked good so far and and thank you for providing me sample trays for me to try the product and I look forward to purchasing more trays and film from your store. The only thing I would suggest is letting your customer know that there is an 25% import tax that will be collected by US customs. Other than that, I’m enjoying the product.
