  At first, the item ended up getting delivered to the wrong address. Not even on my street. This wasn't the seller's fault. This happens periodically. Don't know why. But, this seller resent the item right away. The transaction was smooth. The item was shipped to protect it from damage. It's new, in the box. The box looks great to be displayed even in the box. The figure looks great and undamaged. This was cheaper than most places that have the same item. The quality is really good. A++

  Ahhh, he’s so cute! For some reason I thought he would come in a box like other mihoyo merch, but it’s okay! He came in great condition and has hardly any wrinkles from shipment. The tag has the official mihoyo sticker so you know it’s legit. This sellers price is lower than the mihoyo official Amazon, so I think it was worth it! The quality is good as well. :) I would recommend this seller, and will most likely purchase the Kafka one in the future. Thank you! Seller also has good communication!

  I finally got my lamp in the mail today! (: It was packaged securely and had the wrapping around it still. I opened him up immediately! Since it was international shipping it did take a while to get here but that was expected. The seller was very nice and clear when I contacted them about shipping time. Right of the box, the lamp worked right away! Perfect working condition. He’s so soft and squishy. It’s such a cute little night light. Great value just for the pure cuteness.
