BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES- I had been in contact with this seller for an entire week before agreeing on the purchase price & up until the minute my payment was made ...only for them to cancel my order after they received my payment! Then the seller insisted that I submit a request to cancel the order and got nasty when I refused. The reason given for canceling my order was that the sneakers had already been sold. I also had to wait 3 days for my refund.

I reached out to the seller because there were no updates on the shipment … their response “I’m busy” …. I just wanted to see if they knew what was going on. It was a mistake buying from this seller … they are rude … the sandals SAY 12, and so did the listing but they are very small. My son wear an 11 and the sandals BARELY fit him. Bad buy and horrible customer service from this seller … and they don’t do returns, even if they did … I wouldn’t even want to deal them them. AWFUL
